• Must not have had any lash lift performed in the last 2 months before getting lash extensions
• No walk-ins are accepted; Must be booked in advance to avoid missing out
• Must cancel 24 hours before booking
• At the appointment, a consent form must be filled out
• Must arrive 5 minutes before the appointment time. Late arrival may result in cancellation and/or the voucher is forfeited
• Must not wear any make-up including mascara or oil-based products to the appointment
• Avoid having caffeine before coming to the appointment
• A surcharge will apply for the removal of old lashes, which will extend the appointment time. Must notify The LashSpace Sydney if lash removal is required.
