Really enjoyed it. Worth every penny, deffenely a place to visit if your visiting Melbourne. Not only will you get an awesome veiw of the whole city but inside, there is also a little histroy lesson as well as some fun facts to tickle anyone's inner learning self. This place is also awesome place to take your kids, heck its perfect for the whole family as a whole.

Melbourne Star Observation Wheel

Melbourne Star Observation Wheel offers a unique perspective of the vibrant city for locals and visitors alike. With 21 spacious cabins to get cosy in and 360° views to soak up during the flight , there’s no easier way to see all that Melbourne has to offer. Scan your eyes across the cityscape to spot famous landmarks, gardens, sporting grounds, Port Phillip Bay and surrounding areas up to 40km away. Each flight takes approximately 30 minutes, and is complemented with an informative in-cabin audio tour. Located within the Harbour Town Shopping Centre, Melbourne Star is easily accessible by car, bike or public transport.

The Fine Print

• Limit of 10 vouchers per option
• Max 20 passengers per cabin
• No food or drinks included
• Due to operational requirements, prams and mobile scooters are not permitted in the cabins; they can be left in the designated area adjacent to the boarding platform
• Non-motorised wheelchairs available
• Wheelchair requirements must be notified at the time of booking and are subject to space availability
• A child is classified as 5-15 years of age (free entry for children under the age of 5)
• Hours of operation are subject to adverse weather conditions and may be changed without prior notice
• Backpacks and/or suitcases of any size are not permitted within the cabin
• Any other bag or hand bag larger than A3 paper is not permitted within the cabin
• There are open storage bins at our welcome host location (upstairs where the tickets are scanned) where visitors can leave bags and/or luggage for collection following their flight; whilst these bins are in sight of our staff we cannot be responsible for any loss of property
• Alternatively there are pre-paid lockers on the ground floor that visitors may use to store bags

• Present printed voucher on arrival
May-Aug: Mon-Sun 11am-7pm (last departure at 6.30 pm)
Sep-Apr: Mon-Sun 11am-10pm (last departure at 9.30pm)
Anzac and Christmas days: 1pm-10pm
• For all bookings, group or FIT, wanting to take the last flight, vouchers must be exchanged for a Melbourne Star ticket by no later than 1 hour before the advertised closing time
