The team at NextGen Fitness Factory are dedicated to helping Members achieve their fitness goals by promoting healthy and balanced nutrition, exercise, and positive lifestyle changes. To combat lacklustre motivation, they offer a bunch of classes to keep workouts interesting, including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), tabata, boot camp and their all-female fat burner classes. Programs are designed to cater to all ages and fitness level, and personal training is available to anyone in need of one-on-one guidance and support.
