This American style burger joint was not what we expected. No wonder why patronage is always low each time we walk pass the site.
The business lacks authenticity, beef & chicken burger patties were paper thin, the flavour was tasteless, the server lacked enthusiasm and the cook who decided to light up a cigarette directly in front of the restaurant, thought there was no need to wash his hands before cooking our order until I instructed him to do so.
Small businesses such as this don't last if they adopt an American style concept that they are unable to deliver, especially residents in the neighbourhood.

I bought the Groupon for the Monterey Philly Cheesestalk with a soft drink for 2 people. I gave it to my dad so he could take a friend for a bit of a treat.
So they gave them a burger with a soft drink instead which is another cheaper Groupon. It's not even the money that annoys me, it's the fact that they couldn't even be bothered reading the voucher. My dad is elderly and burgers are difficult to eat. So the "treat" mostly ended up on the ground. So disappointing.
