Sheila Bootcamp was founded by a fitness competitor and professional personal trainer to help women look great and feel fabulous. They’re passionate about women’s health and helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Sheila Bootcamp is dedicated to providing a female friendly fitness environment for social women, mums, young women and older adults across three locations.
