Groupies get the chance to overdose on yoga classes over the course of one, two or three months. The classes are designed to suit all skill levels, so whether you're a beginner, recovering from an injury or have some form of physical limitation, there is an appropriate class. Beginner yogis are recommended to start with a Stretch Foundations, Deep Stretch or General Stretch and then go from there. Classes are available six days a week from 6:45 am to 7:45 pm.
