• Valid during opening hours 11am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday & 10am to 4:30pm Saturdays, the clinic is closed outside of these hours
• Not valid on Sundays
• Please arrive 10 mins prior to appointment time
• Not valid on public holidays
• 24 hour cancellation policy applies or voucher is forfeited
• Late arrival with result in a shorten length of treatment time
• No-shows will become null and void voucher
• IPL and micro are to be treated in the same session
• If you have pre-existing medical conditions or have any questions regarding the treatment please contact the clinic prior to purchase to discuss the suitability of the treatment
• Cancellation or rescheduling the appointment need to be notified within 24 hours to prevent your treatment from being forfeited
• Due to the nature of certain procedures occasionally the clinic may run behind, such circumstances at times are out of the clinics control and they would greatly appreciate your understanding and patience

• Please park in the Free 2 hour carpark on the corner of Riversdale Road and Fairholm Grove opposite the Woolworths/Caltex petrol station to avoid getting a parking fine out the front of the clinic
