Lovely friendly and professional salon. Felt confident about the treatment which was well explained.

The consultant was so rude and didn't want to redeem my voucher, she looked like she didn't even want to do her job. I felt so judged the whole time. She wanted to sell me skincare and when I said no her whole attitude changed. I waited half an hour for the injector the call the doctor. Took so much of my time. I'm really disappointed I don't recommend this place at all.

Unwelcoming staff and they have done such a bad job my eye shape is different; have had same done before and can tell this job is done by inexperienced people. Horrendous. Avoid this place.
