• Must arrive 10 minutes early to first appointment to fill out consultation forms; if you are more than 10 minutes late treatment time will be reduced
• Full refund if practitioner deems customer unsuitable for procedure or advises against procedure for any reason
• Recommended only for purchasers who fully understand the treatment
