• 48 hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited
• Late arrivals of more than 15 mins will forfeit voucher

• If practitioner deems client unsuitable for procedure, a consultation fee of $59 will be charged
• Any additional treatment or scaling required will incur a surcharge
• Valid for ages 16 and over (unless accompanied by a legal guardian and deemed suitable by practitioner)
• Timing of treatment to be agreed upon between customer and practitioner
• Veneers, fillings and crowns will not change colour
• Clients are advised to have their teeth professionally scaled and cleaned within 2 weeks of their appointment for best and optimum results
