Training is conducted in a group environment aimed to encourage and motivate members to achieve their goals. High-intensity workouts with strengthening and conditioning programmes alongside the idea of pushing the mind and body to create a unique, functional method of training.

Must redeem first session by 60 days from purchase. 2-week session begins from the first visit and must be taken consecutively. State Voucher and Security Code at time of booking. Present printed or smartphone Groupon on arrival. New and returning customers welcome. No Walk-in's accepted. Customers must be medically and physically fit to participate.
