Please note we are Womens Only.
Our Woman's Only facility include both Reformer and Mat pilates, creche and Infrared sauna.
All participants must be wearing grip socks, these can be purchased before the class for $19.95 if you don't have any.

Appointment required, contact by phone at 02 9725 2105. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Proper attire required. All participants should ensure that they are in good health; if in doubt, please consult a GP. Please inform the instructor of any medical conditions before the session. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift(s). Expires 3 months after purchase.
