About Fit Mama Co
Fit Mama Co is a women's fitness centre that specialises in pre- and post-natal fitness. The facility is designed to be a place for mothers where they can work on themselves in a supported community of women who lift each other up every day. Fit Mama's fitness classes are baby-friendly - their mum and bub classes mean that mothers can workout and have the baby right next to them in their pram.
