Manta Restaurant and Bar sources fine Australian produce to serve to Sydneysiders on the glittering waterfront of Woolloomooloo Wharf. Executive Chef Daniel Hughes is passionate about fresh ingredients and allowing their natural flavours to come through, with a particular focus on steak and seafood. Guests have a variety of oysters to enjoy, hailing from various regions in Australia and all shucked just moments before eating. Manta’s wine list offers a selection of local and international drops, including mature varieties and boutique labels.
