Mindful Origins are an arts and wellness collective based in Redcliffe. Established with the aim to celebrate progressive culture, the company offers opportunities for artistic expression to individuals and groups. Available classes include yoga, journaling, drawing and intuitive flow art workshops. The sessions are designed to promote positivity while helping participants expand self-awareness and develop compassion.
