This was my 2nd time for Natural eyelash extensions, after more than a year, but first time at this clinic. Compared to my first experience, the whole session this time was shorter --> took only about 30 minutes. Quality wasn't that good as lashes started falling out after 3 days. After the session was done, there was no reminders or instructions for after care --> good thing I still had the printed reminders, which included lash wand, from the first clinic I had my 1st eyelash extension. I don't expect a warm treatment, compared to how other customers were treated, as I wasn't a full paying customer, so that's fine. I was just expecting a good quality, but I guess, I got what I paid for.

Not worth the money, The technician was super lovely however the product horrible, quality poor and expertise limited. The lashes are not what you would class as a “glam” set at all and are extremely irritable, heavy and rough, not light or “fluffy” as you would get elsewhere. Feels like cheap materials I saw a proper lash tech to remove and redo ASAP
