Fine Print
• Limit of 1 voucher per person
• Purchase up to 3 additional as gifts
• New customers only; those who are current or previously were members; or have in the past been refused membership or have been excluded from the premises
• Valid to be used only by "eligible persons"
• Valid for single use only, it cannot be transferred (except as a gift for an eligible person as above), suspended, placed on hold, extended, split or renewed at any time
• Once presented/ redeemed the voucher lasts for a period of 28 consecutive calendar days from the date of presentation/ redemption
• Coupon redemption is conditional
• In order to make use of and redeem the coupon, the member must complete and sign a Pre-Exercise Questionnaire (PEQ), membership agreement and accept merchant's terms of entry and comply by these at all times
• Members must be medically and physically fit to participate in exercise and physical activity
• Genisys Gymnasium reserves the right to request clearance from the member's
• General Practitioner prior to redeeming any voucher or clearance to use their facilities
• Genisys Gymnasium and its staff reserve the right to refuse or terminate entry to any coupon holder especially if they are in breach of the membership agreement and/or gymnasium rules
