How do I pay for my Portmans order?

Fill your bag with the bits and pieces you love from Portsmans and head over to the checkout page. Make sure to enter your Portmans promo code into the promotions box so that you get your discount. Then follow the on-screen instructions, typing in your card details or opting for AfterPay or PayPal, and your order should be placed. 

Is there a way to track my Portmans order?

There are actually two ways to track your products from Portmans. After placing your order you should receive an email with a tracking number which you can enter into the Australia Post website and find. Otherwise, you can log into your account with Portsmans and track your items under the ‘My Orders’ section. 

Are my orders from Portmans amendable? 

Once your order has been placed, you will no longer be able to edit your order. Nor can you cancel its delivery. You will need to return the item instead upon its arrival.

How do I return my Portmans items? 

You can either return your items to a Portmans store or you can post the items back to Portmans. In both cases, you will need to return the items within 30 days of receipt and they must be in their original condition and have proof of purchase.
