Can I cancel my HelloFresh subscription?

If your situation has changed and you’d like to cancel your subscription with HelloFresh, just log into your account, click on your name, and then ‘Settings’. Select the subscription you want to cancel and then click ‘Cancel Subscription’ in the bottom right-hand corner.
 

How much is HelloFresh delivery?

Delivery is free for some postcodes and there is a fee for some others; you will be notified about charges to your order as you finalise payment.

What if my HelloFresh order is damaged or there are things missing from the order?

Take pictures of the damage and get in contact with the Customer Service team by calling +61 2 8188 8722 as soon as possible.

Where can I visit HelloFresh in-store?

For your first order, you’ll be charged straight away but for all subsequent orders your card will be charged the Wednesday before your delivery date just after 11:59pm (Sydney time).

When will my HelloFresh order be delivered?

After you’ve paid for your HelloFresh order with your Hello Fresh discount code you’ll be able to choose a delivery slot that will work for your schedule, and if you need to check the delivery slot you booked, just log into your account online at HelloFresh.
