You can amend or cancel a reservation with the ‘View/Modify/Cancel booking’ option under the 'Reservations' tab. You will need your last name and reservation number to do so.

Can Budget cater to my special assistance needs?

If you require additional assistance, such as a car seat or a vehicles with hand controls, get in touch with the Budget team in advance and they should be able to cater to your requirements.

What do I need to bring with me to the counter to pick up my Budget rental?
