How do I use my Boost Mobile promo code?

Select the Boost offer you want to redeem. There are two options here - if it’s an automatic discount you’ll just need to click through to the website or app to unlock it; if it’s a deal with a code, a pop up window will appear, with the code to copy. On the website or app, you’ll have a chance to paste the code in the promo code box on the payment page.

Does Boost offer free shipping?

Yes! All shipping is free with no minimum spend. New phones and SIMs are shipped by Telstra, and refurbished phones are shipped by Alegre.

How do I organise a refund if I’ve changed my mind about my Boost purchase?

If you made a purchase through a retailer, just head back to the store with proof of purchase. If you want to return an unopened, unused item, you can send it back by post using the returns label that came with your order. There’s a 30 day returns period, and a minimum 12 month warranty on both refurbished and new phones.

Where is my nearest Boost store?

You can locate a retailer using the store finder online - you’ll find Boost items at Woolworths, Australia Post stores, Target, JB Hi-Fi and loads of other major retailers across Australia!

How do I top up my Boost device?

Do so through the app or on the website, or dial ‘#111#’ to recharge, set up an automatic recharge or check your balance.
