I booked a 2hr package (Southbank due to availability) supposed to be 60min relaxation massage and 60min full body exfoliation and mask. The exfoliation was half body, no mask. I was persuaded to spend $30 extra at the beginning to upgrade to deep tissue massage. It was not deep tissue, felt perfunctory. (especially when the therapist pulled out hot stones and clunked them about) Do not recommend.

The service was great. One big thing is the group on listing says LED LIGHT THERAPY they do not have that facility.

Yumi's so called Three Step Hydrafacial was missing three steps - Facial Peel, Full face deep pore cleanse with suction - she only did my nose , LED Light Therapy did NOT happen. Absolutely terrible and unwelcoming . Would never go back there or recommend this Spa to anyone..!!
