To ensure quality, the available menu very much depends on the fresh ingredients available that day. But it will suffice to say that it will certainly capitalise on the venue’s long and well-documented obsession of fish and seafood. This dinner deal’s sample menu starts with a glorious hiramasa kingfish with salmon roe; rock oysters can be added for a surcharge for a full sea-sourced dinner experience. The other dishes include both white and red meat, spiced in the styles of various cuisines. Middle-Eastern tahini will make an appearance, so will the Northern Italian polenta, and all will be finished off with a French parfait. So ready the tastebuds and free up stomach space - leaving anything unsavoured will be a crime!
