• Not valid on Sunday's or Wednesday's
• Recipient of treatment must be 18 years of age unless the purchaser is the legal guardian of the patient
• Valid for ages 16 and over
• Results will vary for each person
• Timing of procedure to be agreed upon between patient and practitioner
• Full refund if practitioner deems client unsuitable for procedure or advises against procedure for any reason
• Refund available if client does not wish to proceed with treatment after initial consultation
• No refunds given once impressions and records are taken for 3D animation stage
• Duration and number of treatments may vary by person
• Patients must be free of tooth decay and gum disease prior to treatment
• Where patients have not had an examination by a dentist within the last 6 months, a tooth decay and periodontal exam may incur an additional fee at the discretion of Manly Dentistry
• Please Note: Surgery in usually booked 3 weeks ahead, please allow enough time to book your appointment , sorry of any inconvenience
• Patients may be referred to a radiologist for additional X-rays to determine eligibility for procedure (covered by Medicare or private health insurance - otherwise surcharge applies)
• Valid for standard Invisalign treatment with up to 26 aligners; additional aligners will incur a fee
• Mid-Course correction and refinement, if needed, incurs an additional cost
• Lost or broken aligners will incur a fee
• Upper and lower retainers must be worn after Invisalign treatment or teeth will relapse. Fixed retainers will incur an additional cost of $500
• Removal of retainers will incur an additional cost of $500
