Fine Print

Valid days and hours: Thu-Mon 11am-6.30pm (last departure at 6.30pm - must arrive at ticketing office no later than 6pm). Winter school holidays: 26 Jun-11 Jul 2021 Melbourne Star will be open daily 11am-6:30pm. No booking required. Present printed voucher on arrival. Vouchers must be exchanged for a Melbourne Star ticket by no later than 1 hour before the advertised closing time. Not valid between 28th May to 3rd June 2021 due to current Covid-19 lockdown. Valid for one person (ages 5+). Free entry for children under age 5. Maximum 10 passengers per cabin. Only food and drinks purchased at the Melbourne Star Departure Lounge are permitted in cabins. Due to operational requirements, prams and mobile scooters are not permitted in the cabins; they can be left in the designated area next to the Welcome Host. Non-motorised wheelchairs available. Step-free access requirements must be expressed at the time of booking and are subject to space availability. Hours of operation are subject to adverse weather conditions and may be changed without prior notice. Backpacks and suitcases of any size are not permitted within the cabin. Any other bag or hand bag larger than A3 paper is not permitted within the cabin. There are open storage bins at their welcome host location (upstairs where the tickets are scanned) where visitors can leave bags and luggage for collection following their flight; whilst these bins are in sight of the staff, the merchant cannot be responsible for any loss of property. With 21 spacious cabins to get cosy in and 360° views to soak up during the flight, this is one of the most convenient ways to see all that Melbourne has to offer. Customers can scan the cityscape to spot famous landmarks, gardens, sporting grounds, Port Phillip Bay and surrounding areas up to 40km away. Each flight takes approximately 30 minutes and is complemented with an informative in-cabin audio tour. Located within The District Docklands, Melbourne Star can be easily accessed by car, bike or public transport
