I bought a voucher for a screen replacement. Although it says I am getting a discount on Groupon the price is the same as if I walked into store. To make it worse no one knew how to use the voucher so I was told to pay on return. I was then charged an extra $20 for LCD replacement that I wasn’t told about prior to it being done. Total issues with no offer and acceptance of the work but I was made to pay to get my phone back. I was told if I had just walked into the store and paid it would have been cheaper…what’s the point?

Great Discount ...I replaced my IPhone 8 Plus with an OEM part for )120 ... $180 cheaper than a local quote ... of $300 .... I have used these guys twice service is excellent, staff are friendly, screen is high quality and works as new.

Love my local PTC. It’s unfortunate we’ve had to have so many screens replaced, but they always do a terrific job, and typically very fast.
