Groupies take a 13-course tour of authentic Japanese fusion, starting with a serve of edamame. Dishes include hiramasa no usuzukuri (sliced kingfish, yuzu, ponzu and micro coriander), kabocha no tempura (tempura pumpkin with mustard-miso sauce) and butabara bara to kojichan miso (double-cooked pork belly with spicy Korean miso). Lastly, a chef’s selection of desserts allows sweet-toothed diners to finish on a sugar high.

Shochu Lounge specialises in preparing Japanese fare with a modern twist.
