• Participants must be 16 or older to ride on their own
• For tandem riders, one rider must be over 18 years old
• Minimum age to ride with an adult is 8
• Maximum combined weight allowed is 180kg
• Participants need to be able to swim; life jackets are provided and must be worn by all riders
• Wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet in
• Please bring photo ID
• Free lockers on site to store any valuables
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to booking time for comprehensive safety briefing and instructions
• Time required for briefing and tour is approximately 90 minutes
• The merchant reserves the right to change or reschedule a booking due to minimum numbers, bad weather or maintenance requirements
