Firstly, head to the website and browse by university or subject to find the right textbook or e-texbook for you. Add your chosen products to the cart and head to the checkout page. Is Zookal shipping free?
You may receive free standard delivery if you order is above $50. You can also opt for express delivery at a further cost or Click and Collect. Check the Zookal FAQ page to see the full price list. Delivery times will vary depending on where about within Australia you live.
Where do I view my Zookal e-textbooks?
Log into your account and head to ‘View Profile’. Click on the ‘My Account’ section and you should be listed with all your downloads. The ebooks are streamed with your internet so make sure you have a strong connection.
What happens if I lose my Zookal rental?
If for any reason you lose your rental book, you will be charged the difference between the rental price and the book’s RRP.
How do I return my Zookal order?
First print off your returns slip using the Zookal ‘Returns at Parcelpoint’ system. Then, you can either drop your items to a ParcelPoint or Australian Post Office and it will be sent back for free. You can also return your items directly to the NSW head office during its opening hours.
