Does RY offer free delivery?

You may qualify for free delivery if you spend above $99 on an order from RY. If you don’t, standard, express and tracked delivery will all incur a fee. You can use your RY discount code to knock a dollar or two off of your order so that delivery won’t seem like the biggest cost!

Does RY accept AfterPay?

Yes, you can opt to spread the cost of your RY products by choosing AfterPay to pay for your orders. You won’t be charged interest and you won’t have to spend over the minimum amount.

Can I visit RY’s physical stores?

RY only has one physical store in Queensland. You can visit the Brickworks store site during its opening hours which can be seen online.

Can I return my products to RY stores?

You can only return your items via the post. You will need to get in contact with the RY contact services in order to process a return. You will only be able to get a full refund depending on what the reason for returning is and in what condition the items are sent back in.

What time is RY open?

To get in contact with customer services, you can ring any time between 7am and midnight, Monday to Friday. RY is not open on Saturdays or Sundays.
