YYoga offers means to achieve physical fitness, spiritual peace and enjoy a supportive community. The school provides a range of exercise programmes and workshops, and specialises in hot, Iyengar, Yin and beginners' yoga. Hot yoga classes take place in an infrared-heated studio and aim to increase strength, stamina and flexibility while detoxifying bodies. Hatha classes focus on holding traditional poses in an effort to build core strength and balance. Pre- and post-natal sessions are available for new and expecting mothers. The facility is located directly opposite Roseville station.
